Who We Are Looking For

AdsWizz is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships based in San Mateo. In this role, you will support key strategic partners who leverage AdsWizz technology to drive revenue from multiple channels. You will be crucial to nurturing and growing existing relationships with some of our largest publishers. As part of a growing organization, it will be essential that you are a team-player and become a dependable resource within the AdsWizz Supply Team while working collaboratively and communicating clearly across the organization. This client facing role will require you to be strategic, innovative, analytical, and professional.

 

Your mission

  • Own the overall relationship with some of AdsWizz’ key strategic partners
  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to grow and effectively support some of our largest partners
  • Build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders at our partners. Invest yourself deeply in your customer’s business needs, becoming a valuable member of their solutions team
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external project teams as well as interact with executives at leading publishers
  • Strive for the perfect balance between internally advocating for you customer’s needs and externally promoting AdsWizz solutions
  • Become an expert on the AdsWizz advertising solutions and platforms, our unique position and the value this affords our publishers
  • Become the day to day contact for existing key customers, while delivering exceptional service
  • Travel and engage with partners in innovative ways that foster engagement and account growth.

 

You Have

  • Passion and enthusiasm; willing to do whatever it takes to win
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field/ discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in a client facing position; with a focus in digital advertising, sales or business development, technology, or operations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
  • Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
  • A strong sense of humor
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
