The HR Specialist will partner with the Human Resources team and business managers in translating business strategy into Human Resources actions that drives results in the areas of recruitment, new hires’ onboarding, employee relations and general HR administration.

As an HR Specialist with focus on technical recruitment at AdsWizz you will identify, engage, and recruit talented people to join our troops.

Your focus will be quality in everything you’ll do and your main goal will be executing on a sustainable hiring strategy. This strategy will involve sourcing, referral generation, and providing an exceptional candidate interview experience. You will have a significant autonomy to drive hiring results that match the AdsWizz culture. You will build and expand your global network of engineering talent.

You will report to our HR Manager, EMEA and will be involved in several missions:

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for tech and non-tech job openings
  • Become a solid contributor to the engineering hiring goals
  • Assess what has and has not worked and start to develop your hiring strategy, shadow the other recruiters’ calls to understand how they work and develop your own AdsWizz pitch; constantly test and refine your process to make improvements over time
  • Using direct search techniques (cold-calling, networking) in order to track down suitable candidates and guide them through recruitment process to offer acceptance
  • Keeps all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application throughout the recruitment process
  • Tracks activity related to recruiting and hiring, participating in the creation of dashboards and HR reports
  • Represent the company at job fairs
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Involved in the onboarding and integration of new employees and employee engagement actions, and also exit interviews
  • Contributing to collaborative-thinking within the HR in order to continuously improve our processes and systems
  • Contribute to project initiatives within the recruiting, onboarding, people & organization development function


Job requirements:

  • Can-do attitude and sense of humor drives you all the way
  • You have at least 3 years previous experience working in a Human Resource department, with strong emphasis on recruitment – but although we’d appreciate your experience in HR, in the end it’s all about vivid passion
  • You find candidates; you don’t wait for them to come to you
  • You are a master storyteller and engage candidates with your energy and words
  • You maintain the entire candidate funnel with meticulous attention to detail, always ensuring loops are closed
  • You’ll show ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • You have a track-record of successfully working across different cultures and geographies
  • You are open to giving and receiving feedback and constantly want to improve
  • You are organized and prioritize your work by impact
  • Commitment to quality. You take pride in everything you deliver as a reflection of yourself
  • Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas, you don’t hesitate to look for solutions and alternatives to any problem, before seeking advice from line managers
  • Bachelor or Master degree required, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Law, Economics or related discipline
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
