Who We Are Looking For:

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will be responsible in maintaining relations with some of our biggest partners. You’ll primarily work with DSPs and SSPs to ensure tasks at hand are followed through beyond satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating programmatic related tasks and working cross-functionally between publishers and buyers both within the company and with partners. You’ll get the chance to work with reputable AdTech players while teaming up with folks in our San Mateo, New York, London, and Bucharest offices. The ideal candidate will thrive in our fast paced, results-driven, start-up culture while demonstrating exemplary professionalism. 

Your Role:

  • Work with publishers and buyers to clarify programmatic campaign details across teams, including coordinating programmatic deals
  • Make recommendations to best reach campaign goals
  • Actively monitor campaign delivery and trends
  • Coordinate with our support team to solve issues in a timely manner
  • Capable of explaining technical concepts in layman’s term to clients
  • Build reports illustrating forecasted programmatic revenue
  • Think of ways to improve AdOps related processes and tools
  • Contribute to knowledge base shared internally across teams
  • Conduct customer facing trainings and demos

  • Able to handle competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field or discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a client facing position with a focus in programmatic digital advertising, technology, or operations
  • AdTech knowledge preferably focused on DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Server ecosystem
  • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
  • Aptitude to understand, evaluate and analyze complex issues reported by various groups of customers
  • Familiar with support procedures, ticketing systems and customer portals
  • Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings while remaining responsible, proactive, and self-motivated
  • A good sense of humor
