We looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to manage product marketing for AdsWizz’s entire suite of solutions globally. You will define, create, and communicate all product features, updates, roadmap, and demos to sales teams globally. You will have a strong technical background and a passion for audio and for world class products. You will will report to the VP of Marketing at AdsWizz, with a strong dotted line into the SVP of Product, and will be in our Bucharest, Romania technology hub.
As the head of Product Marketing, you will be joining a fast-growing team that is highly collaborative, open, fun, and results-oriented. As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing you will:
Be responsible for driving all Product Marketing Strategy for the entire line of award-winning AdsWizz products, which includes:
– Driving world class go-to-market by developing strategic positioning, naming and activation strategies
– Articulating launch timing, work with product owners to produce marketing collateral and training material
– Running internal demos for new features on a regular basis, and working closely with solutions, business, sales and customers to train them on new product features
– Finding ways to reduce the support tickets around product knowledge

Be responsible for driving all Product Marketing Strategy for the entire line of award-winning AdsWizz products, which includes:

– Finding ways to reduce the support tickets around product knowledge

Be responsible for Sales Enablement, which includes:
– Educating sales teams on how AdsWizz products and new features work
– Creating collateral, product one pagers, FAQs, and how-to videos around product features and benefits
– Owning and keeping updated the AdsWizz Knowledge Base

Provide market trends and intelligence for sales teams, including competitive analysis across all products to help sales close deals.

Be responsible for in-product marketing, which includes:
– Working with the product team to manage and measure in-product messaging to drive usage
– Leveraging existing tools (i.e Pendo) to measure and optimize product discovery and usage
– Defining and creating intuitive and measurable in-product marketing, analysis, & education that drives product usage growth
– Data driven decision-making that includes product usage analysis to better understand gaps in usage

 

Your Job Requirements:
– Passion for new technologies and driving internal and external adoption around them
– Enthusiasm, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
– Ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment
– Desire and mind set to work successfully with international teams
– Open and flexible attitude to execute tasks at every level
– Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
– A good sense of humor
– At least 5+ years professional experience in product management and/or digital marketing
– A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering. Excellent writing and communication skills and fluent in English
– Expertise with MS Office, and preferred knowledge in Confluence/ Zendesk (or any knowledge base technology)
– Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, process and analytical skills
– Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills, and an outstanding ability to communicate and simplify complex concepts
